"I started Japanese Jiu Jitsu in 1999 for self defense when I was 12 years old. I started competing in MMA when I was 19. In 2016 I found my home and family with the people of Alliance Jiu Jitsu of NWA. I believe everyone can benefir from Jiu Jitsu. It has brought balance, peace, and stability to my life. It has shown me what I'm capable of and taught me how to be my best for my family, my team, and for my community.
